Webex is a UCaaS (Unified Communication as a Service) solution which provides an integral platform for enterprise employees to collaborate online. My responsibility is to design end-to-end experience for Webex to improve users’ pre, in, and post-meeting journey.

My impact
1. Improved the scheduling and meeting experience of over 15 features in Webex and Webex Meetings apps; delivered the design across platforms (Window, Mac, iOS, Android, and Web).

2. Cooperated with PMs, researchers, engineers, and key customers; collaborating with internal design teams including IA team, Design system team, Messaging team, and Calling team to craft the design balancing the creativity and systematic design guidelines.

3. Designed rebranding visuals for Webex in-meeting experiences; acted as the desktop visual specialist, providing immediate visual support to Realtime & Webinar (design teams).

4. Created user-friendly graphic animations within the product (including first-time user guidance for several features).

A quick overview of my journey at Cisco
At Cisco, I learned so much as a designer. The Shanghai UX Team provides me with great opportunities to grow as a designer and play my role in design & research projects.
